DROUGHT.....The dry harsh cracking of the earth is represented by the crocheted texture of recycled fabric and felted collar. The addition of the silk paper skull shows the hardship in drought conditions

FRILL NECKED LIZARD.....Even in the harsh conditions life adapts

WIND.....The wind sweeps over the plains bringing the storms that bring hope. The chaos and movement are represented by the patterns and textures of the felted wool coat and mask.

RAIN........The rain breaks the clouds burst into rain and flood the land

REGENERATION....After the storm after the fire we find new growth, new shoots. The country has begun to prosper.
The silk organza dress is Tie-dyed and appliquéd with machine embroidery.

COMMUNICATION....The country is wired for easy communications across the vast land. The sculptural headpiece incorporates the image of the tower and phone lines which form part of our landscape.
